Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all wholesale orders over $150. All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping. Some states have individual shipping restrictions for certain products. Please see the next question to view those restrictions.

We have a 30 day defective return policy. If you receive a product that appears to have a manufacture defect or received any product that has arrived to you bearing extensive damage, please visit our “Contact Us” page and fill out our comment form describing the issue. One of our representatives will reach out to assist you.
